*Please note the tea room is an historic landmark dating back to the 1700's, therefore wheelchair accessibility is limited and some rooms are up a flight of steps.  Due to the nature of tea fair, all items are made with butter and/or cream, therefore vegan or dairy free diets cannot be accommodated.  However, please do let us know if you are gluten free or vegetarian.
